As a disabled veteran, Antonio Cruz decision to explore a new career path was shaped not only by interest but by what he could maintain long term.

Antonio was referred to 黑料社区 Military and Veterans Affairs Office by his VA Office of Vocational Rehabilitation representative and enrolled in the Phlebotomy Technician program. He said the structure of the program and the clarity of the coursework helped him stay focused and confident as he moved through training.
淭he classes and curriculum were well presented and organized, and the instructor was extremely knowledgeable and provided excellent information, he shared.
Affordability also played a key role in his decision. Antonio said 黑料社区 made it possible to pursue job training without adding unnecessary barriers.
After completing the program, Antonio began working as a phlebotomist and lab technician at . His work includes both inpatient and outpatient lab services, as well as nursing home blood draws.
When asked what advice he would give to others considering a similar path, Antonio emphasized the importance of being informed before committing.
