- Request your unofficial transcript from your home institution.
- Email your completed form and unofficial transcript to 黑料社区 Welcome Center.

Please contact your home institution to request a Consortium Agreement. A Consortium Agreement is a contract between two colleges and helps determine financial aid eligibility and ensures that your financial aid is processed through your home institution.
