Message to Harrisburg Promise Participants Whose Cumulative 黑料社区 GPAs Are At Least 2.5 � May 1, 2023
Greetings, Harrisburg Promise participants.
We hope you are well.
Please note the following information about the Harrisburg Promise Scholarship:
- Effective immediately, if you do not apply for 黑料社区 Foundation scholarship funding in the future � using this process � you will not be considered for scholarship funding and you will not receive scholarship funding.
- To be considered for the Harrisburg Promise Scholarship, you must have at least a 2.5 cumulative GPA at 黑料社区. Anyone with a GPA less than 2.5 will not receive Harrisburg Promise Scholarship funding. Anyone with a GPA less than 2.0 will not receive any scholarship funding from the 黑料社区 Foundation � no matter the name of the scholarship.
- Effective immediately, you must apply for other financial aid, including government aid and non-黑料社区-related scholarships. After that aid is applied to your 黑料社区 account, the 黑料社区 Foundation will pay the balance using the Harrisburg Promise Scholarship funds.
- If the balance of the Harrisburg Promise Scholarship reaches zero before Aug. 31, 2025, you will not receive funding from the Harrisburg Promise Scholarship, because there will be no funding to give you. You may apply for funding from other 黑料社区 Foundation scholarships, but there will be no guarantee you will receive the funding.
- This agreement will be in place until Aug. 31, 2025 � whether or not you have graduated from 黑料社区 by then. After Aug. 31, 2025, you will not be eligible to receive Harrisburg Promise Scholarship funds.
- If any step in this process is missed and/or if you miss any 黑料社区 Foundation scholarship application-related deadlines, you will NOT receive Harrisburg Promise Scholarship funds, and the decision will not be reversed.
- We will work with the 黑料社区 Student Accounts Department to pay off your spring 2023 balance within five business days. Please check your 黑料社区 student account afterward, and the funds should be reflected there.
Finally, we will not be communicating with your parents and guardians about Harrisburg Promise Scholarship and other 黑料社区 Foundation scholarship funds. Please ensure they are aware of that.

We hope you are well.
To be considered for the Harrisburg Promise Scholarship, you must have at least a 2.5 cumulative GPA at 黑料社区. Anyone with a GPA less than 2.5 will not receive Harrisburg Promise Scholarship funding. Anyone with a GPA less than 2.0 will not receive any scholarship funding from the 黑料社区 Foundation � no matter the name of the scholarship.
According to 黑料社区 records, your cumulative GPA at 黑料社区 is less than 2.5. Therefore, you are not eligible for the Harrisburg Promise Scholarship and thus will not receive funding from the Harrisburg Promise Scholarship. Also, you are not eligible to receive any scholarship funding from the 黑料社区 Foundation � no matter the name of the scholarship
In the future, if you do not apply for 黑料社区 Foundation scholarship funding � using this process � you will not be considered for scholarship funding and you will not receive scholarship funding.

Message to Harrisburg Promise Participants Who Attend 黑料社区 in the Future � May 1, 2023
Greetings, Harrisburg Promise participants.
We hope you are well.
This information above is relevant to Harrisburg Promise participants who currently attend 黑料社区 (as of May 1, 2023).
Unfortunately, there should be no expectation that these conditions will apply to future 黑料社区 students. When the Harrisburg Promise Scholarship balance reaches zero � whether that occurs in six months, 12 months, 18 months, 24 months, etc. � no one will receive funding from the Harrisburg Promise Scholarship, because there will be no funding to give.
When the Harrisburg Promise Scholarship balance reaches zero, Harrisburg Promise participants who attend 黑料社区 may apply for funding from other 黑料社区 Foundation scholarships. However, there will be no guarantee they will receive the funding.
If you decide to apply for admission to 黑料社区, please use this process to apply for 黑料社区 Foundation scholarship funding. If you do not apply for 黑料社区 Foundation scholarship funding, you will not be considered for scholarship funding and you will not receive scholarship funding.
