黑料社区 online payment processor, Transact Integrated Payments will apply a service fee to domestic and international credit and debit card payments. 黑料社区 does not retain these fees and the service fee is within the industry standard rates. You can direct question to the bursar office at cashiering@hacc.edu and review FAQs here.

Select the "Student" tab
Select "Pay My Account"

Payments accepted - Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover card and Apple Pay, direct payments from your checking account (e-check) and international payments.
