Graduation

Graduation recognizes the completion of all degree requirements as recorded on the official transcript. For details about graduation application deadlines and details, please view the information below.

Graduation Application Deadlines

December Graduation
Application Deadline: Nov. 1*
Deadline to appear in the Commencement program: Oct. 1

May Commencement (for all potential spring & summer graduates)
Spring potential graduates - Graduation Application Deadline: April 1 (submit by March 1 to appear in the May Commencement program)

Summer potential graduates - Graduation Application Deadline: Aug 1 (submit by March 1 to appear in the May Commencement program)
Please note that there is no August commencement ceremony

*Students who apply past the application deadline will have their application moved to the next graduation term*
Please apply to graduate in the semester in which all of your degree requirements will be complete.

Degree Certification & Diplomas

Graduation is processed three times per year:

December (fall graduates)
May (spring graduates)
August (summer graduates)

If you complete your program during the winter session, you will be included with spring graduates. Once your degree is awarded, you will receive a letter of congratulations and your diploma in the mail approximately 4-6 weeks later.

To ensure there is no delay in receiving your diploma, please verify your address by visiting my黑料社区 > Registration/Records > Student Records.

For immediate verification of your degree, you may request an official transcript. All transcripts must be requested through the National Student Clearinghouse. If you need help, contact record@hacc.edu or call the Registrar Office at (717) 780-2373.

Settling Fees and Outstanding Balances

All graduating students must verify that their accounts are paid in full. Access your student invoice by visiting 聽 > 聽Registration/Records > Student Accounts/Bill Information. 聽Any outstanding balance must be paid in full in order to receive your diploma. Please contact Cashiering with any questions.
