icon and select Tabs to open the Specify TabBar Entries dialog. After selecting Tab Bar from the Link & List Elements section of the Element Gallery dialog, select Click here to define the tab bar or click the Element Tool icon and select Tabs to open the Specify TabBar Entries dialog.
To create a new entry, click the ghost text Add TabBar Item, which will open the TabBar Item dialog.
