Gettysburg, PA “ ºÚÁÏÉçÇø alumna Dianne Brooks has been appointed to a full-time counseling position in student services at the Gettysburg Campus of ºÚÁÏÉçÇø, Central Pennsylvania™s Community College.
In her new role, Brooks will be primary advisor for students in allied health programs. In addition, she will teach a new human development course on career development and decision making.
Brooks previously was a program specialist, counselor in career services and an advisor at ºÚÁÏÉçÇø Harrisburg Campus.
In addition to an associate degree in psychology from ºÚÁÏÉçÇø, Brooks has a bachelor degree in psychology and a master degree in counseling/student personnel, both from Shippensburg University.
Brooks is a National Board Certified Counselor and a Distance Credentialed Counselor providing in-person counseling as well as distance counseling services via computer and telephone.Â
ºÚÁÏÉçÇø Gettysburg Campus has more than 2,100 students enrolled for the fall 2009 semester.
