Harrisburg, PA � Workers who practice a trade or craft items by hand are invited to market their products at one of 黑料社区 juried Artisan Marketplaces in November and December.
Artists can find out more at any of the upcoming information sessions:
- 黑料社区-York Campus, Goodling Center, 2010 Pennsylvania Ave., York, 2-5 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 11.
- The Gallery of the Perry County Council of the Arts, 1 S. Second St., Newport, 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 18.
- 黑料社区- Midtown I, room 227, 1523 N. Fourth St., Harrisburg, 5-8 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 25.
Participants should bring a sampling of their work to the session.
黑料社区 Institute for Entrepreneurial Studies has partnered with York Arts in York, Gunnar Galleries in Gettysburg and Perry County Council of the Arts in Newport to bring the听Artisan Marketplace to those areas.
淪ome of the artists who participate have come to us through 黑料社区 Fulton Bank Small Business Center,� said David McNaughton, a business counselor for the institute. 淎rtisan Marketplace is growing, and we welcome and encourage more artists who can gain from this business experience.�
