HARRISBURG � What started as Enterprise Week in the United Kingdom in 2004 has grown into Global Entrepreneurship Week � a worldwide movement with more than 77 countries. This year, 黑料社区 Institute for Entrepreneurial Studies will recognize the special week Nov. 14-20 with events at its regional campuses that can advance the efforts of entrepreneurs in the mid-state.
淚nspiring young people to think about entrepreneurship is what this week focuses on � and wee taking it to heart,� said Fran Verotsky, executive director of 黑料社区 Institute of Entrepreneurial Studies.
The public is invited to attend any or all of the following programs:
Join the monthly Talkabout program from noon-1:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 19, at 黑料社区-York Campus, 2101 Pennsylvania Avenue. The topic of this free networking event is 淏randing Basics,� led by Sarah Lanpher, owner of Nuts about Granola and Littles Marketing and Consulting. Bring a brown bag lunch; 黑料社区 will provide a dessert and beverage.

聽淯SP (Unique Selling Proposition): Do or Die,� 6-9 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 16, hosted by Kathy Snavely, 黑料社区 business counselor, at 黑料社区-Gettysburg Campus, 731 Old Harrisburg Road.

淯SP (Unique Selling Proposition): Do or Die,� 9-11 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 17,聽hosted by Kathy Snavely, 黑料社区 business counselor, at 黑料社区-York Campus, 2010 Pennsylvania Ave. The presentation will be followed with 淔inance Basics,� led by Ann Turner, CEO, Turner Business Consulting.
