COVERAGE:
Enginuity Energy new research and development facility on the Harrisburg Campus of ºÚÁÏÉçÇø houses the company exclusive Ecoremedyâ„¢ Gasification Technology. Ecoremedyâ„¢ primary purpose is the conversion of biomass (naturally occurring materials) into clean energy. Following a brief introduction, guests will be invited to take tours of the facility and learn more about the operation. ºÚÁÏÉçÇø students and faculty will be able to take advantage of learning and internship opportunities for emerging green jobs at the new R&D facility, which is the only one of its kind. Among the dignitaries expected to attend are Secretary Russell C. Redding of the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture, and representatives of the American Mushroom Institute, Pennsylvania Mushroom Growers, the Chesapeake Bay Commission and the United States Departments of Agriculture, Environmental Protection Agency and Energy.
