黑料社区 Early College Academy offers advantages to seniors

HARRISBURG � High school and home school seniors can get a jump on college with 黑料社区 Early College Academy this fall.

淭he new concurrent enrollment program offers students the opportunity to explore a career path and develop college readiness while earning credits toward a college degree,� said Joanna Stoms, college in the high school coordinator at 黑料社区 Harrisburg Campus.

Students who enroll in the academy will attend classes on 黑料社区 Harrisburg Campus from noon-3 Monday-Friday in one of three options -- business, healthcare or exploratory. They will take one general education course and one career path course per semester, as well as participate in a college readiness seminar.

The cost of tuition is 黑料社区 prevailing rate. Financial assistance is available to qualified students.

Interested rising seniors in Cumberland, Dauphin and Perry counties are encouraged to enroll. Applications are being accepted now through May 4.
