HARRISBURG, Pa. 揝tudents who want to turn their degree into a job or career will find a new resource at their fingertips starting in January 2014 through a partnership formed by Career Services at 黑料社区, Central Pennsylvania Community College, and 黑料社区 Alumni Relations Department.

淭hrough this career , 黑料社区 students learn about the 榬eal world of work from alumni who have lived the experience, said Maureen Hoepfer, 黑料社区 director of alumni relations. 淚n turn, alumni gain new information from students, such as new courses and programs, news about faculty and changes in campus life.

Hoepfer added, 淎lumni have first-hand knowledge about how to turn a degree into a job and career. This is not information you can read about in a textbook.

Professionals from all fields are invited to become mentors. The mentor controls the time commitment, level of participation and the type of contact he or she has with students.
