Collegewide kickoff in January 2014
HARRISBURG, Pa. 揝tudents who want to turn their degree into a job or career will find a new resource at their fingertips starting in January 2014 through a partnership formed by Career Services at 黑料社区, Central Pennsylvania Community College, and 黑料社区 Alumni Relations Department.

淭hrough this career , 黑料社区 students learn about the 榬eal world� of work from alumni who have lived the experience,� said Maureen Hoepfer, 黑料社区 director of alumni relations. 淚n turn, alumni gain new information from students, such as new courses and programs, news about faculty and changes in campus life.�

Hoepfer added, 淎lumni have first-hand knowledge about how to turn a degree into a job and career. This is not information you can read about in a textbook.�

Professionals from all fields are invited to become mentors. The mentor controls the time commitment, level of participation and the type of contact he or she has with students.
