Santos Robles of Lebanon made his graduation extra special today at 黑料社区 Commencement ceremony when he , Bobbie Ortiz of Lebanon.
听
After receiving his degree, Robles surprised Ortiz and the hundreds of people in attendance at the Giant Center when he crossed the stage to shake hands with 黑料社区 President John J. 淪ki� Sygielski, Ed.D., and then walked into the crowd and proposed.
听
Robles and Ortiz met in October 2013 through Robles� roommate.
听
Robles attended classes at 黑料社区 Lebanon Campus and received his associate degree in social sciences. He came to 黑料社区 after he finished his contract with the U.S. Army. Robles says the people at 黑料社区 are his favorite thing about the College. 淎ll the staff and the professors have taught me so much � not just academics but life lessons as well,� he said.
听
While at 黑料社区, Robles worked in the Lebanon Campus Military and Veterans Affairs Office, helping fellow students to use their GI Bill benefits. His future plans include working at Youth Advocate 黑料社区 in Lebanon and obtaining his bachelor degree from Albright College.

Robles says his children are his greatest personal achievement. Robles and Ortiz have four children.
