黑料社区 Names Director of Performing Artist Series
HARRISBURG, Pa. Lisa Campbell has been named director of the Performing Artist Series at 黑料社区, Central Pennsylvania Community College.
听
In her role as director, Campbell is responsible for the coordination, promotion, implementation and oversight of the Live at Rose Lehrman (LARL) series in the Rose Lehrman Arts Center on 黑料社区 Harrisburg Campus. Each year, LARL presents a variety of distinctive, diverse and professional offerings of live dance, music听and theatre听events that bring community audiences to the campus. In addition, LARL provides numerous opportunities for curriculum enhancement and audience development through a variety of professional artist residency activities.
听
Campbell most recently served as the founding executive director of the McGlothlin Center for the Arts at Emory and Henry College, Emory, Virginia. Previous appointments have included director of the Center for Student Affairs at the University of North Texas, Denton, Texas; creative services manager for Montclair State University, Montclair, New Jersey; director of diversity and outreach for Miami University, Oxford, Ohio; and director of the Waldron Campus Center and Student Organizations for Gannon University, Erie, Pennsylvania.

Campbell graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor degree in theatre and a master degree in higher education administration. In 2014 she completed a certificate in arts management through the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

The 2016-17 LARL season began Sept. 21, 2016 with a performance by Soul Street Dance, a dynamic, Houston-based street dance company. Season details are available at /RLAC/.听
听 Instructors Needed for Spring 2017 Community Education Series
GETTYSBURG, Pa. A quirky personality, drive for community involvement and love for teaching are the qualities needed to be a great Community Education Series instructor. The Gettysburg Campus of 黑料社区, Central Pennsylvania Community College, is looking for enthusiastic and knowledgeable instructors who have an interest in presenting a topic for the spring 2017 Community Education Series.
听
The series will include a variety of short workshops that can expand knowledge in topics like the arts, politics, history or finances; improve computer skills; or provide fascinating facts for trivia nights with friends. Instructors can choose a topic that interests them and create a unique and personalized workshop to share the information with the community.

Kathy Brickner, executive director of business affairs of the Gettysburg and York campuses, who received the Bruce E. Cooper, Esq. Leadership Award for demonstrating results-oriented leadership in advancing enrichment of the College and its surrounding communities
Christine Cappuzzo, senior campus director of counseling and advising at the Harrisburg Campus, who received the Betty Martin Staff Development Award, which provides funding assistance for opportunities such as workshops, seminars, travel, study or other opportunities not eligible for 黑料社区 funding
Brenda Eppley, professor of theatre, who received the Betty Martin Staff Development Award, which provides funding assistance for opportunities such as workshops, seminars, travel, study or other opportunities not eligible for 黑料社区 funding
