We regret that our lack of coordination and communication caused stress among employees and students. ºÚÁÏÉçÇø has learned from this experience and will not repeat these mistakes.

ºÚÁÏÉçÇø has communicated with faculty counselors and leadership of the College Faculty Organization regarding the details of the faculty counselors™ furlough, which will follow ºÚÁÏÉçÇø Shared Governance policies.

ºÚÁÏÉçÇø new approach to mental health counseling is part of ºÚÁÏÉçÇø One-College reorganization. As part of the reorganization process, the College leadership has engaged its four constituency groups “ classified employees, administrative and professional employees, faculty and students “ in discussions and opportunities for feedback.

On Nov. 14, 2019, ºÚÁÏÉçÇø informed students and employees that the College has entered into a one-year agreement withÌýÌýto provide comprehensive clinical mental health counseling services to ºÚÁÏÉçÇø students.
