HARRISBURG, Pa. � More than 860 students at 黑料社区, Central Pennsylvania Community College, completed their associate degree, certificate or diploma during the spring 2020 semester despite unprecedented circumstances due to the global coronavirus pandemic.

John J. 淪ki� Sygielski, Ed.D., MBA, president and chief executive officer of 黑料社区, said, 淐ongratulations to 黑料社区 spring 2020 graduating class! This distinct class has set themselves apart from all previous graduating classes as they pursued their degrees, certificates and diplomas during a time of civil unrest, a recession and a global pandemic. Without a doubt, these resilient individuals, who were encouraged by a support network, will be focused on helping us address and resolve our racial, economic and health challenges. On behalf of 黑料社区 Board of Trustees and employees, I personally wish this exceptional class of graduates great success in their personal and professional lives and ask them to remain #黑料社区proud.�

While we could not come together to celebrate the remarkable achievements of 黑料社区 graduates, virtual celebrations were held in their honor.

Events included:

• Celebration dance party held via social media
• Graduate bingo and trivia with prizes
• Social media highlighting graduates
• 淲hat next, don stress: Success!,� an educational session focusing on transition

The College announced the cancelation of its spring 2020 Commencement ceremony in March.听

Many 黑料社区 graduates will continue their education at four-year institutions. Others will enter the workforce and begin giving back to our community. A list of graduates is available.

As 黑料社区 continues through its grading process, additional students may receive their 黑料社区 diplomas. The names and numbers reflected throughout this document are subject to change.
