HARRISBURG, Pa. � 黑料社区, Central Pennsylvania Community College, is aware of the permanent closures of BRICCO and Ciao! Bakery, two restaurants where our Culinary Arts Program and Baking and Pastry Arts Certificate Program students attend off-site classes.

黑料社区 students currently enrolled in off-site practicum lab classes will receive remote and online instruction for the remainder of the fall 2020 semester after the restaurants close on Nov. 21, 2020. In addition, the College is reviewing options for spring 2021 courses affected by the closures.

満诹仙缜� will continue to offer robust programming for our students in the Culinary Arts Program. We will announce alternative arrangements once those details are finalized,� said John J. Sygielski, Ed.D., MBA, 黑料社区 president and CEO.

黑料社区 Culinary Arts Program is accredited by the American Culinary Federation Education Foundation (ACFEF) Accreditation Commission. The Culinary Arts Associate Degree Program and Culinary Arts Certificate Program received the prestigious accreditation from the ACFEF, the largest professional chef organization in North America, indicating the programs symbolize the highest educational standards.

In 2017, 黑料社区 Culinary Arts Program reached a 50-year milestone, and continues to provide exemplary programming.
