HARRISBURG, Pa. “ ºÚÁÏÉçÇø, Central Pennsylvania Community College, is partnering with to provide commercial driver license (CDL) Class B training for Krise employees.

The training can be completed at no cost, provided individuals meet certain criteria such as conditional employment with Krise and enrollment in ºÚÁÏÉçÇø virtual CDL theory course. Krise employees who enroll may also be paid while completing their training.

ºÚÁÏÉçÇø CDL theory and behind-the-wheel courses prepare students for their CDL test and entry into commercial driving.

Class B drivers can drive dump trucks, cement mixers, school buses or motor coaches. According to the , bus drivers earned a median annual pay of $45,900 in 2020.

Theory classes will be taught virtually, and behind-the-wheel training will take place at the Senator John J. Shumaker Public Safety Center on ºÚÁÏÉçÇø Harrisburg Campus. Classes begin June 21, 2021.
