HARRISBURG, Pa. � The 黑料社区 Foundation, a nonprofit educational trust established to raise private and corporate revenues in support of 黑料社区, welcomed two new members to the 黑料社区 Foundation Board.

Linda Dolan is a retired school administrator for the Lebanon School District. Dolan earned a doctorate degree in educational administration, leadership and curriculum from the University of Pennsylvania and a master and bachelor degree from Millersville University in Lancaster. When asked why she joined the 黑料社区 Foundation Board, Dolan said, 淚 attended 黑料社区 and so did my daughters and other family members. We saw firsthand the quality of education and I want to support 黑料社区 so that our community has this opportunity.�

Sam Herbert serves as the associate director at Geisinger Health System. Herbert has 23 years of experience in information technology in the health care, insurance, finance and banking industries. Herbert earned master degrees from Anna University in India and Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor degree from Manonmaniam Sundaranar University in India. Herbert is Fellow for the Healthcare Financial Management Association (FHFMA庐); Fellow for the Academy for Healthcare Management (FAHM庐); and Fellow for the Health Insurance Advanced Studies (FHIAS庐).
