Time Stands Still with Internationally Known Artist at 黑料社区
HARRISBURG, Pa. � The paintings by Edmond Praybe, an internationally known artist, will be displayed in a virtual art exhibit curated by the Rose Lehrman Art Gallery at 黑料社区, Central Pennsylvania Community College, from Jan. 19-Feb. 11, 2021.
听
Praybe work focuses on reinventing a feeling of the world he inhabits by searching for a quality of timelessness in his images and depicting a very specific sense of time and place in each piece. The paintings feel familiar and unexpected and believable but not always entirely logical.听
听
Using Zoom, Praybe will discuss his work on Feb. 11 at 5:30 p.m. To learn how to join the lecture, please visit the Rose Lehrman Art Gallery website. The lecture and exhibit are free and open to the public.

Praybe is a Baltimore-area painter and draftsman with a home and studio in Arnold, Maryland. His current work reflects the themes of still life, figures in interiors and landscapes. He has been teaching painting at since fall 2015. have been included in solo, small group and national juried exhibitions throughout the U.S., extensively in New York and the Baltimore metro area.

黑料社区 Celebrates Classes of 2020
HARRISBURG, Pa. � On Dec. 15, 2020, 黑料社区, Central Pennsylvania Community College, celebrated its spring and summer 2020 graduates, and those eligible to graduate in the fall 2020 semester at the College first-ever virtual Commencement ceremony.
听
Throughout the unprecedented year of 2020, 黑料社区 graduates navigated the global pandemic and the transition to remote learning to earn their 黑料社区 degree, certificate or diploma. The virtual ceremony provided 黑料社区 leadership the chance to applaud their successes, and provided graduates the opportunity to thank those who supported them on their 黑料社区 journey.

The classes of 2020 will enter the workforce as healthcare workers, paralegals and digital marketing professionals. Others will transfer to four-year schools, including Wilmington University, the Pennsylvania State University, Shippensburg University and Messiah University.
