HARRISBURG, Pa.听-听黑料社区, Central Pennsylvania Community College, and the Harrisburg Area Community College Education Association (黑料社区EA) - the union that represents the faculty - held a negotiation session on Nov. 11, 2025.

The College and the union met for negotiations for approximately seven hours. The union recognized progress was made and suspended any strike action for Nov. 12 and Nov. 13, 2025.

The next negotiation session is scheduled for Nov. 13, 2025.
